That's why I said that you should go through all the configuration steps again ...

With a SIP integration there are no voice mail ports in CM. You send the calls to CUC via a SIP trunk and normal methods for call routing, ie RP -> RL -> RG -> Trunk.

Go through all the configuration steps and check if the configuration parts are there.

thanks for reply

i have checked but still no voice mail , i re deleted all port and recreate them sip and still no voice mail

can you give me the check list or guide to verify

thanks

I believe you deleted the ports from cuc port, what type of integration you had before , sip or sccp?

Have you restarted the port group after creating the ports ?

Is sip integration, i have do reset after creation port, in cucm i dont found cisco port voice mail, integration is fine only port dont permit communication between cuc and cucm that what voicemail 9000 not work please i need to fix it quicly if you can send me guide resumed or where i can check 9000

Is the SIP Trunk working towards Unity (check with options ping enabled in the sip profile)?
What does the logs say? Check with RTMT.
Also check in RTMT, if you see the incoming call in Unity.

That's basic troubleshooting and should be done already before you open a TAC or a new thread in the forum. I mean, you just can't scream for help, without doing basic troubleshooting on your own and expect others to present you the solution on a silverplate.

I already posted a link how to integrate Unity via SIP in CUCM.

I have a trouble to install TRMT with java, the ping option is set, and integration is fine i have compared it with cisco learning clcore, how i can force install of TRMT is good tool i need it, and why pattern 9000 is not working?

Thanks

What do you mean "pattern 9000" is not working? Can you no dial it? Is it not ringing? ... What happens when you dial 9000? Are you able to dial 9000 at all?
All these questions could be checked with a trace in RTMT.

I don't know where to start to help you, as you don't provide any information at all. It would help, if you could confirm, that the call is reaching Unity or not.

In Unity go to the "phone system" and make a screenshot of the basic settings and then edit --> "CUCM AXL servers"
A screenshot of the port group basic settings and then edit --> "servers"
In the port group, does the "reset status" say that a reset is required?
You can also check the telephony configuration with the dropdown button on the right:

Unbenannt.PNG

If you go into "Cisco Unity Connectio Serviceability" --> "Tools" --> "Cluster Management":
What are the counts for "Total Ports" and "Ports in Service"?
What does the button for "Change port status" say?

9000 is pattern for unity connection  when i call 9000 i hear greeting message and menu 1 to operator and 2 to transfer to extension

i have fixed it (error add tftp server in port group cuc)

if you can helpme why when i want to transfert call to extension (option 2 of greeting) its say to me impossible to transfert it

thanks a lot
