Hi
We have a running CME - CUE system, people can leave and listen voicemail without any problem, but voice message indicator on phones not working. It is always off. CME-CUE config and CCSIP debug are attached . Can you please check and advise.

Config to be done on CUE
ccn subsystem sip
gateway address 10.2.3.1
mwi sip unsolicited
end
CME
sip-ua
mwi-server ipv4:
In this case you do not require MWI dn which have configured in CME,remove it and add above in CME and CUE
ephone-dn 60
number 778... no-reg primary
mwi on
!
!
ephone-dn 61
number 779... no-reg primary
mwi off
!
first try above which i have suggested if didn't work add this one, this will work

Missed this config
sip-ua
mwi-server ipv4:
and check thenm try delete all the previous messages ie unread from the phones then left the VM to the phones and check the MWI is working or not, collect the debug again.

Thanks Nadeem,
Removing dn numbers and correcting CUE-CME config fixed the problem. I have one last question for same configuration:
We want all outgoing calls look like made only from one number , means phone receivers
should see only single/same number although we have more than one PSTN numbers, how can we achieve this, should I start new discussion for that?

you mean calling party number should display one throught out all the calls.
You can achieve this through translation rule, just go through this one for config

Hi Nadeem,
Let's say I have 5 POTS numbers ending with: (connected to FXO ports)
1234
4321
2341
4123
4211
Whenever we call outside using one of these POTS lines, I want all call receivers to see a single/same company phone number. (Let's say 4211, our company main number) I don't want other numbers to be shown to other side even we call through one of them. I have tried a few things but didn't work, can you please help. CME config is attached at my original post.

The above is not possible via a translation rule, as the number mapped is on the line (FXO). Below is a link with a example:
