Hi,

Is it happening with all 8821 phones or with one in particular?

As a proactive step if its happening on all you can upgrade one to cmterm-8821-sip.11-0-3-6.k3.cop.sgn and see if there is any improvement.

Also you can attach console logs from one of the 8221 here to for us to review.

Please do mention the timestamp when it reboots.

Please rate and mark correct if helpful

hi Adarsh

thanks for your reply,

it is happening to all phones 8821

here the console log attaching which happened around 12:43

didnt see any difference after the new code installation .

thanks

Hi,

I had a look at the console logs and it seems to be in a loop where it's connecting to

selected BSS 70:e4:22:aa:c9:74 ssid='TALK2'

again and again.

I did a bug scrub and got couple of hits but not convincing and some were resolved in the latest version.

8821 is a fairly new phone and I would suggest you to open a TAC case.

The Network Busy issue is a known defect on the 8821 handset. TAC told me to disable ACM on the WLC (Wireless tab > 802.11a/n/ac or b/g > Media and then the Call Admission Control checkbox as a workaround. I didn't do it as I prefer having it on and the issue wasn't regular enough to worry about for now.
