clocking issue for multiple PRI's on same router

I have a 2800 with two PRI's using a separate carrier for each.  Clocking is setup as:

PRI connections on:  0/0/0 and 0/3/1

Clock Config:

Network-clock-select 1 t1 0/0/0

network-clock-participate wic 0

network-clock-participate wic 3

slip errors are occurring on the 0/3/1.   Is there a clocking configuration that supports two PRI connections with each from a separate carrier?

If this is on the same T1 card, it's working as designed. You have two options since you have a 28XX ISR -

1. Get a NM-HDV module to split the PLL.
2. Move one PRI circuit to a different card all together.

T1 cards generally can only lock onto a single clock source/PLL. NM-HDV splits the PLL i.e. two ports with each of them can lock onto to individual sources.
