Hello,
Have 2 new c200-m2 servers. Have installed ESXi 5. Created publisher (8.6.2.20000-2) on one server and then had problems when creating the sub on the other server. Sub wouldn't verify connectivity to Pub. Finally got by that but when I checked replication status it was all messed up. After trying the stuff I could find on the forums I opened a TAC case. Three days later we were able to get the replication working. When I checked it from the CLI (utils dbreplication runtimestate) both nodes had a status of 2. When I checked via the GUI however, replication status was good but everything else wasn't. TAC Engineer stated that this was 'cosmetic'. We tried several things to reset the status but none worked. He said he would research this, I haven't heard back from yet.
Has anyone seen this issue? If so what was done to fix it?
Below is a screen shot of the DB replication status report.

The only 1000 node choice for deployment is the c200 BE6000 choice and that just didn't work. TAC finally did get back to me:
BE 6K is the Business Edition 6000 configuration, this assumes a single CUCM node cluster, no Subscribers can be added.
After all the time I wasted, why couldn't someone point that out initially? I would think that would be one of the first questions that they would ask given the type of problems I was experiencing. We were sold 2 c200-m2, when we bought them (through a partner) they didn't tell us that we can't deploy a CUCM cluster across them, if we can't I'm not going to be a happy camper.

Given this info supplied by TAC we should be okay:
Note that the following deployment options are available under cucm_8.6_vmv7_v1.5.ova:
CUCM 1000 user node - C200 (incl BE6K):
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configuration that supports up to
1000 users per node. For use on C-200 (including BE6000) only.
Details:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32-bit)
CPU: 2 vCPU with 800 MHz reservation
Memory: 4 GB with 4 GB reservation
Disk: 1 - 80 GB disk with pre-aligned disk partitions
CUCM 2500 user node:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configuration that
supports up to 2500 users per node.
Details:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32-bit)
CPU: 1 vCPU with 800 MHz reservation
Memory: 4 GB with 4 GB reservation
Disk: 1 - 80 GB disk with pre-aligned disk partitions
CUCM 2500 user node - 55GB hard disk:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configuration that
supports up to 2500 users per node, 55GB hard disk, maximum 2500 users in CUCM
cluster.
Details:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32-bit)
CPU: 1 vCPU with 800 MHz reservation
Memory: 3 GB with 3 GB reservation
Disk: 1 - 55 GB disk with pre-aligned disk partitions
CUCM 7500 user node:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configuration that
supports up to 7500 users per node.
Details:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32-bit)
CPU: 2 vCPU with 3600 MHz reservation
Memory: 6 GB with 6 GB reservation
Disk: 2 - 80 GB disks with pre-aligned disk partitions
CUCM 10000 user node:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configuration that
supports up to 10000 users per node.
Details:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32-bit)
CPU: 4 vCPU with 7200 MHz reservation
Memory: 6 GB with 6 GB reservation
Disk: 2 - 80 GB disks with pre-aligned disk partitions
The 1000 user deployment is an allowed on UCS C-200, including Business Edition 6000. It is not indicating that this deployment model type is for BE 6K only.

Hi Mark,
My apologies for not picking that up, the assumption is that you were not installing BE as you were having issues with replication between two CUCM nodes on different hosts. Have you been able to progress using the correct template based on your sizing requirements now.
Regards
Allan.

Hey Mark,
What a "pain" I'm sorry that none of us picked up on this. Just as
an FYI and ammunition for your battle with the partner, it looks like
the C200-M2 is EoL as well.
