I want to know if we can adjust the time range for CDR records. I believe right now its set to two months. I have got through the admin guide and cannot find anything.

You probably need to check the Auto - Purge config;
CCM>applicaitons>cisco callmanager servicibility> cdr analysis and reporting> system> database> configure automatic purge.
