Hi there again,
One of our regional offices from the Schistosomiasis Hospital in Palo, Leyte reported the problems of their CISCO 7945 IP Phones wherein the "UCM down features disabled" appears on the screen when they place outside calls and when someone is calling them. Sometimes their ip phones are registered in the CISCO Call manager but it becomes unregistered after a few hours
Another problem is our supplier has been asking my office for fees for their services since our ip telephony project has been accepted that's why I've been posting here that perhaps someone could help me on this.

Hi
Please check your IP connectivity between CUCM and IP Phones. There might be huge packet drops and high latency. When IP phones are not able to reach CUCM it unregisters and and if you are in the mid of a call shows the message CM down features disabled.

What is the latency beteen the IP phone and the servers? Is there QoS in place end to end?
