Folks, need some heads up as I have exhausted most possible reasons I can find from Cisco.com.
Current setup:
CCM: CM5.04
CUE: AIM module, 2.3.3
Task completed so far
1. AXL web service activated
2. CTI RP for VM & AA added
3. 6 CTI ports added
4. From CUE, web & JTAPI login successful
Problems:
1. CTI route point & port "not registered" status as shown on CM
2. JTAPI subsystem not registered to any CM as reported from CUE, sh ccn status ccm-manager - as attached TXT file
3. IO exception: No such attribute error when using importing users function from CUE - as attached JPG file.
Does anyone face the same problem or got a way to solve it?
rgds,
wes

Problem solved.
Checked with TAC and the missing part which was left out is to associate JTAPI user to Standard CTI Enable user group.
