CME is embedded into IOS, simply use the IOS version that contains CME 10.5

what do you mean exactly ? there is a file for all versions except 10.5 .
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=277641082&flowid=45748&softwareid=282786567&release=10.5&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
I don't need to upload cme file to router ? but I can't see any phone firmware file in flash
I'm confused?
Thanks

As Jaime already said - CME is bundled in IOS. You won't see any firmware in flash except one which you manually upload...but you probably won't need any because 10.5 is pretty actual CME right now...

then I should upload phone file manually?
then type a command?
tftp-server flash:SCCP11.7-2-1-0S.loads

Yes you should upload them manually and then put that "tftp-server..." command.
But - most phones have 5-6 files (jar, dsp, apps etc) which are complete firmware and you must put them all on flash plus you must repeat tftp-server command for every file...
