We've been advised, somebody has made a call to the UK, from one of the phones in the office. However, the phonebill does not provide info, as to what line the call originated from. It's a VZ business bill.
I've been asked to find what number in the office the call was made from. In Call manager this can be done from CDR simply by searching for 011.
Can the same be done from the GUI on CME? In version 7.1 I've looked through all the options. It doesn't appear to be available.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Unless you kept CDRs at the time, there is NO way of knowing.

Hi Paolo, thank you for responding.
This is a brand new installation, not even a month old. Is CME even outfitted with CDR ability?
Thank you

You need to collect CDRs on an external syslog server, or buy a call accounting software.
