Hello,
does anyone have any links for CME 7 training material? Yes, I know. Company merger and they are moving new employees to CME 7. Hoping to upgrade soon though.
Thanks,

Hello Scott,
Take a look on this doc:
CME SRND
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/srnd/design/guide/pref.html
CME Admin Guide
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeroad.html
And take too at CCNA Voice Study Guide that is based on CME.
CME 7.X dont support ATA 187, read the matrix compatibility documentation to see what devices are supported.

Thanks. I actually meant end user training. I know I didn't's make that evident in the title. Sorry about that.

Can you specify end-user training?

Training for the lumps of almost useless flab that sit behind the desks and actually use the phones. How to start a conference call, how to set ring tones, how to put a call on hold, park a call etc.
