Hi,
Just got new model of phones and it appears the CME doesn't have a config for the phones when i attempt to add them to CME as a type 7925.
Do i need to get new code for the router? It's also the vpn connection etc. Will this cause a down time if i do need to to add new code to the router or can i say the 7925 is the same model as a 7921???
Thanks!

You need to download the firmware on your router from:

testeven,
I got the firmware downloaded to flash on CME. I can't find any documentation that states i need to do more configuration to the router for the phone type to show up.
Any idea?
