Hello,
i have a CISCO2921/K9, i have cisco jabber voice configured and working on iphones,
but all the phones with a voice register pool 13 and above (13 or greater) are not working,
example :
voice register pool 13
registration-timer max 720 min 660
id mac 1100.1100.1113
session-transport tcp
type CiscoMobile-iOS
number 1 dn 13
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
username 691 password 691
works but anything above 13, like voice register pool 14 is not working.
any idea?
is this related to license problem, if yes how can i check how many voice pool licenses i have?

How does your config look? Look at the MAX-DN and the MAX-POOL values.
Please see example:
voice service voip allow-connections sip to sip !--- Enable SIP to SIP calls. sip registrar server expires max 1200 min 300 !--- Enable Cisco IOS SIP registrar.
voice register global mode cme !--- Set Cisco IOS SIP registrar to CME mode. source-address 192.168.10.1 port 5060 !--- Set the source address for phone registration. max-dn 20 !--- Set max extensions. max-pool 10 !--- Set max phones. load 7970 SIP7 SIP70.8-2-1S !--- Specify phone loads for each phone type. load 3911 SIP3951.8-0-2-9 !--- Specify phone loads for each phone type. authenticate register !--- Set authentication for phone registration. authenticate realm cisco.com tftp-path flash: !--- Specify path for tftp files. create profile !--- Create configuration files for all phones. dialplan-pattern 1 4085251... extension-length 3 !--- Configure dial-plan pattern for the system.

Thank you for your reply,
voice register global
mode cme
source-address 192.168.200.10 port 5060
max-dn 100
max-pool 110
authenticate register
authenticate realm all
hold-alert
tftp-path flash:
file text
create profile sync 0279904409135605
The config is correct as many voice pool register are already working , just any voice pool register 14 or higher are not working, i have a TAC case opened with Cisco and they are checking it, once the case is closed i will updated here.

Thank you very much, well if TAC takes a while then surely it is something more than a license or n config.
Good luck and keep us posted please.

While preparing some debugs for the TAC team i found that the flash was full ,
so once i cleared some memory the extra pools worked.
Best regards
