CME/CUE MWI problem - not receiving SIP message on CME

Hello,

Helping a customer with an old UC560.  They've advised that MWI isn't working.  I didn't deploy the system, however the configuration all looks in order.  They have the DN's for MWI on/off, the MWI string in the CUE application is correct, the CUE gateway is correct under 'sh ccn subsystem sip' and etc.

I've followed this guide;

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unity-express/60081-unity-mwi-problems.html

However, where I get stuck is in the SIP message exchange between CUE and CME.

Looking at the trace output from 'trace ccn stacksip dbug' I can see CUE sending INVITE's to CME, using the correct number for MWI (A800... and A801...).

However, when I watch the output of CME 'debug ccsip messages' and 'debug voice dialpeer' I see nothing arrive from CUE.

Is there something that could be blocking these SIP messages before the output of the above debugs?  CUE gets no replies to the INVITE's it sends.

The Intergrated-Service-Engine is setup with 10.1.10.0/30 - 10.1.10.1 is CUE and 10.1.10.2 is CME - CUE is pointing to 10.1.10.2 (can confirm in INVITE that this address is destination as well).  Under telephony-service on CME, however, the ip source address is set to 10.1.1.1 which is their voice network subnet.

Would appreciate any help.  I've exhausted the google results, and couldn't find much troubleshooting information when it comes to a lack of message exchange.

Lastly, users can access their voicemail and CUE features just fine - this is purely just MWI that isn't working.

Thanks in advance,

Brendan

Edit: the CUE/CME 10.1.10.0/30 subnet is also on the ip address trusted list in CME.
