CME EP licenses

We have bought ISR4331 Voice.
Could you please explain: do I have to purshase CME_EP licenses for plug ~50 7821 phones to this CME?
Have the ISR4331-V some RTU inside?

To connect phones you need either perpetual or flex license.

For perpetual :- CME14-UL

For flex :- A-FLEX-EP-CME

There is no  RTU license  anymore. You can have 8 week evaluation.

If Im not mistaked I have to bye about 50 CME14-UL additionally to have a possible to use CME in my ISR?!!  No CME14-UL - no telephony services?

You have to buy 50 cme licenses. 

No license no CME features.

evaluation is available for 8 weeks.
