I am having an issue with a new CME 9.0 installation. I am attempting to install on a new 2951 router with IOS version 15.2.2T1.
When I attempt to accept the license agreement to activate the CME license on the router, the agreement is not displayed and I am not prompted to accept it.
Router(config)#license accept end user agreement
Router(config)#
The status of the EULA for the CME-SRST license does not change after running the command:
Router#show license detail cme-srst
Feature: cme-srst Period left: 8 weeks 4 days
Index: 1 Feature: cme-srst Version: 1.0
License Type: EvalRightToUse
License State: Not in Use, EULA not accepted
Evaluation total period: 8 weeks 4 days
Evaluation period left: 8 weeks 4 days
Period used: 0 minute 0 second
License Count: 0/0 (In-use/Violation)
License Priority: None
Store Index: 7
Store Name: Built-In License Storage
Any suggestions as to where I may be going wrong or what I am missing are greatly appreciated.
Thank You!

Hi
Have you tried to restart the router. Restart is must after this command.

Thanks for your reply. I have restarted the router and unfortunately it had no impact on the issue.

Try configuring CME anyway.

Hi Robert,
Can you please try adding 1 or 2 of the commands under telephony service
as a first step and then try the EULA
CMERouter# configure terminal
CMERouter(config)# telephony-service
CMERouter(config- telephony)# max-ephone xx (where xx = the max number of phones)
CMERouter(config- telephony)# max-dn xx (where xx = the max number of DN's)
Cheers!
Rob

Just an FYI on status for the issue.
Below is the response from TAC:
____________________________________________________________________________________
Can you enter the command in global config mode. This will not present you the EULA certificate.
But the license will change from EVAL to right to user AFTER the eval period is over
Config t
License accept end user agreement
End

The licenses seem to display OK in the GUI. I've decided to complete the configuration and see what happens when the evaluation period expires. If it works out like TAC indicates, it should be ok.
Thanks for all the responses and suggestions.
