CME Hunt Group - External call drop

When I ring the pilot number internally for below hunt group, it works as anticipated with the call being passed between the two phones in the list before going to the final number. When I ring the pilot number from a mobile phone, the call cuts out at about 36 seconds into the call. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Can you provide below debugs for one such call to check further.

- If the calls coming through PRI:

debug isdn q931
debug voip ccapi inout

If you are using SIP, then

debug ccsip messages
debug voip ccapi inout

It seems like the call is disconnected with cause code 19 by the CME which is "No user answer". Can you share the output of the below command to check the status of hunt pilot and members:

show ephone-hunt

Seems like the call is never sent to the HG final extension. I see the both the phones ringing for 16 seconds total and then disconnect sent from VG -

Jan 22 22:03:58.725: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0x95FF

Cause i = 0x8093 - User alerting, no answer

Can you add a "show run" from the CME ? Also "show dial-peer voice summary" output please.

Can you remove "max-redirect" from telephony-service and try again please ? If it still does not work, please collect the logs for the following debugs -

debug voip ccapi inout
debug voip application callsetup
debug voip application redirect
debug voip application session
debug voip application supplementary service
debug voip application error
debug ephone detail
debug sccp message
debug voip vtsp all

I don't see the final leg for Redirect Update happening. Can you remove the hunt group and then re-add and test ? If you have already done it, test with a different type maybe sequential ?
