CME- Not able to display the DID number

Hi,

Running CallManager Express 7.x.

E1 PRI pilot number is 42345200 and the DID range is 42345201 to 42345299.The Service provider is sending last 3 digits i.e., 2xx.

IP Phones are configured with the DN's starting fron 201 to 299.

If we try to reach the IP Phone from PSTN dailing any user extension , the call is routing to the user.

But when user dailout  any outgoing calls from his IP Phone, the number  displays the pilot number 42345200 ,but it suppose to display DID number 423452xx.

Please help me out!!!

Run debug idsn q931 on gateway and capture debug for an outbound call and check the "calling number".This will be the calling  number which being sent to service provider.

If the calling number sent is 423452xx from your side,it is probably service provider changing it to PRI mainline number.
