CME number forwarding to PBX

Hi

I have a problem with number forwarding. I want to setup number forwarding to pbx. Problem is with dial tone. When I forward number to pbx call transfer is working but dial tone isn't. Is there possibility to forward number to pbx wit dial tone working?

For example user press number on the phone and call is redirected to number
