CME - ShoreTel Mobility router, licensing question

Hi,

I`m about to connect ShoreTel Mobility Router with my CME running on ISR3945E over SIP. The idea is that smartphone users with ShoreTel application installed will be routed from ShoreTel device to CME via SIP (same datacenter, connected directly with a cable), and then leave to rest of the world through PSTN

I will have around 30 these connections. Now, I`m asking here what licenses do I need on the Cisco side, because my Cisco partner is not very responsive on these matters
