ciscotac.pngHi Cisco Family,

I have a CME with 2 registered 7911 phones,

Everything is working as its supposed to but we are no able to make outgoing calls. incoming calls are working fine.

when I do debug ccsip messages command, I keep getting :

sip/2.0 403 forbidden authentication failure even though my SIP trunk is registered.

Attached are my CUBE configuration

Hi,

I am missing the bind command in your configuration:

You can use something like this:

bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0.300
bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0.300

With a newer image you can use "tenant" for multible sip provider and make the bind command under each tenant.

I use this image:

c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.156-3.M7.bin

Hope this helps.

Marc
