Is there a tool that I can run as a web based or PC based application with inputs such as endpoints, cti?

This link refers to it but I cannot find the actual tool.

There is a "Collaboration Sizing Tool" that is available for Cisco Partners/employees, it allows you to size up new deployments but I am not sure it's available to end users.

Maybe someone else can chime in?
