I am a competely non-technical assistant looking for an easy to follow answer One of our offices has received a Cisco IP 7965 phone system (with a dozen phones or so). Upon one phone ringing the other phones all put out a loud tone over their speakers. Our IT services are busy installing more systems in other parts of the state and didn't have an answer for us as soon as we need. So I look to you - experts! Is there a simple method to reconfigure the phones and cease this noise?
