Hello community ,
I would like to ask if this version f my CME is supported by the Cisco IP Phone 3905 or no ?
sh telephony-service
CONFIG (Version=10.5)
=====================
Version 10.5
Max phoneload sccp version 17
Max dspfarm sccp version 18
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express
If it's not supported , what is the the compatible version that should I have on my router to be supported by an 3905 IP Phone?

Internet search is your friend:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-express/products-device-support-tables-list.html
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/33matrix.html
IP phone 3905 is at least supported from CME 11.5 and onwards.
It probably is also supported in earlier versions. But as version 11.0 and lower are already end of life, I couldn't find any info about it.
But, you can upgrade your router to a higher version, to have CME version 11.5 or higher in place to be sure. Check the min. IOS version in the second link.

To upgrade the CME version, you have to upgrade the router. Check out the info available in the internet.
The file you are trying to load is not a firmware file for the router, it's a firmware for a phone.
Check out the info available all over the internet, how to upgrade a router and how to get files from a tftp/ftp/sftp-server to the router. There are probably hundreds of forum posts with the same problem.
The forum isn't here to do internet search and gather information for you. As you are the technician, you should be able to search for information on your own. The forum is here to help on specific technical problems.

You just need to upgrade the router IOS to support the 3905. With latest IOS you will have the latest CME version.
As @b.winter mentioned 3905 is supported on 11.5 +.
The file which you are trying is phone firmware. This has to be loaded on the flash if you need to upgrade the phone firmware.
Download the IOS software for your router model from software.cisco.com
