Does anyone know of a table like the following for all Cisco phones?

I started putting one together but it's turning out to be a lot of work. And a lot of the current phones don't have EOX dates, so I would need a way to keep it updated.
The most important value is End Of Support, especially if it's in the past.
Compatibility with 11.5 and 12.0 would probably be next important value.
