Conefercne now not working when Logical partitioning enabled

Hell team,

We have CUCM 11.5 and four different locations with PRI. We have enabled logical partition to restrict the call transfer, conference call to achieve DoT rules and regulations.

But when we enable the Conference now, its working fine for internal users and only single PSTN user can join the same conference now but when second PSTN user wants to join the conference now the call gets rejected.

Any ideas what is the issue?

Hi Mangesh

1. What is debug message you are receiving from Voice Gateway when the Call is getiing rejected
Command : debug isdn q931

2. From RTMT : Real Time sesssion tab, Please check the Call Flow & Call Message for the particular call

3. What is Codec you are using in Inbound Dial-Peer (Voice Gateway)

Kindly check "Logical Partitioning Policy Configuration" between conference bridge device pool and gateway Geolocation Configuration.
That should be allowed.

Thank you Guys,

Issue is resolved now, conference now call was hitting the default deny policy due to some OS defect(As per the TAC). So we changed the default policy to "allow" and configured Logical Partitioning Policies accordingly which resolved our issue.
