I have a customer with Call Manger 8.5 and a Windstream SIP trunk. When they have a Conference call or a Transferred call, after 30 minutes the internal paties will hear 3 beeps and the call will disconnect. Any Ideas.

Do you use a CUBE/SBC router ?

Try changing the service paramter "SIP Session Expires Timer" to something greater than 1800seconds.
