You can host transcoding resources internally on the CUBE without integratiing with CUCM. Here is a link on how to configure it.

IN CUCM

Conference bridge is registered with call manager
But Still i m not able to make conference call.

Hi
Why it is failing can be due to number of issues. The phone should have access to conference resources. In order to do this. You will have to assign the Conference resources in same device pool as the ip phones to make confeence call complete. Also assign these Conference resources in MRG/MRGl for proper utilisation.

Can you send a show sccp and a sh run of your gateway.
What does the status of the conference bridge show in cucm
Also have you assigned the CFB to a MRG and the MRG to a MRGL. YOu then ned to assign the MRGL to the phones
