Configure Access List to allow only 4XXX range.

Hi,

I need a help to configure 4300 extension allow only to dial 4(0-3)XX range. and other extension should be blocked.

Can we do it using access list config on call routing--> class of control --> access list.

No, that has nothing to do with what you're asking (those are used for Unified Mobility), you need to use CSS/partitions, if you're not familiar with that, read the dial plan chapter from the SRND to understand how they work.
