All,
never worked with AC before. I have a situation where some extension are not showing up in AC. I'm not sure where to start in order to get those extensions into AC. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm sure I can figure it out once I can get access.
Thanks in advance! Replies rated

There should be an Attendant Console Application User in CUCM (probably named something like "cubac" or "cueac"). Any phones that need to be seen in Att. Con. need to be associated with that Application User.
This is the same Application User that the TSP is using on your Attendant Console server. See Appendix C for Application User info & Appendix D for TSP info here: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucmac/arc/CUEAC_WA_861main.pdf
