Configuring ATA 187

Hi

I need to add and configure an ATA 187, but I can not find the configuration option for this device.

Can I add this option to the Cisco Call Manager?

Hi Nicolas,

What is CUCM version u are using?

ATA 187 is supported on CUCM Versions 7.1.5, 8.0.2, or higher.

Can u share the error snapshot of CUCM?

You'll need to download and install the latest device pack for 7.1.5

Hi Nicolas,

You can download the latest version 9.2(3). Before u do that , u need to install QED [Quick Enabler Device ].

The same can also be downloaded from below link.
