Hi Adarsh,

Thanks for your help, Is there any other firmware release that could help me achieve this or How to perform a Firmware upgrade ?

Regards,

Savio

Hi,

are you using CUCM?

you may go to an enterprise version (cmterm-78xx.11-5-1SR1-1.k3.cop.sgn) however i have seen a challenge and also read few articles where you might not be able to go back to 3pcc firmware.

Hi,

No, I'm not. I'm using it on Asterisk hosted services. I can't seem to modify the Programmable softkey. I have seen that Cisco has released a new firmware, "cp-78xx-sip.10-4-1SR1-3-3PCC". I have tried upgrading thecurrent one to this one but had no luck.

Can you please advice.

Thanks,

Savio

Hi,

I have just managed to upgrade the Cisco CP-7821 to a new firmware, "cp-78xx-sip.10-4-1SR1-3-3PCC" using http file server. The programmable keys work on this firmware.

The issue appears to be resolved now.

Cheers,

Savio
