Configuring EM Profiles for all users in the cluster

                   Hi Everyone,

                   Hope you are doing great!  Would appreciate if someone can assist or suggest method to configure Extension Mobility for all the existing users in CUCM version: (6.1.3) the task is to make sure all uers have a EM Profile as at the moment only few users have it configured.

would like to know is there any way we can use bulk/batch to complete this, if yes what will be the prerequisite to that.

and what would be the steps.

Hi Atul,

You can use the Bulk Administration option for this task: Bulk Administration ->User Device Profile ->Insert UDP.

Thanks for your response, however this article seems to be seems to be giving steps on enbaling Extension mobility on the phones in the cluster, however what im looking for is to configure Extension Mobility Profiles for all users.

Would appreciate if you Can share any bulk/batch methods for this.

Hi Atul

You may want to look at the above document again. It explains you adding the UPD using bulk tool in the section

Create the CSV data file which contains the UDP data
