Have you set a phone button template that has 108 lines on the device?

Currently , the below is the template that my team is using :-

That only makes 2 lines available AFAIKT. You’ll need to use a template that has the number of lines that you want to have on the device.

The Cisco 8875 phone supports 108 lines. When accessing the Phone Button Template ConfigurationI can confirm that my Standard Cisco 8875 template shows 108 lines as expected.
What version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager are you using?
According to the data sheet, the Cisco 8875 supports only 16 lines for Webex Calling and Broadworks platforms.
By default, the Cisco 8875 phone template is configured with 2 lines and the remaining buttons as speed dials. To use all 108 directory numbers on the phone, you must modify the standard phone button template to designate all buttons as lines by copying that as you cannot edit the default one.
However, in your scenario, the phone button template should display 108 buttons, not 16.
Please confirm your CUCM version, device package status.

The standard provided phone button templates cannot be modified. The OP needs to copy the standard template, make the needed modifications on the number of lines and save it with a new name, then it needs to be set as used on the device(s) where that number of lines are wanted.

Yes, @Roger Kallberg , that's what I intended to include in the message, but I somehow missed it. Thanks for pointing it out!
