Can anyone help?
Below is the list of files i have on my TFTP server. Phone is getting an IP from my DHCP and gets TFTP server's IP as an option.
I can see the phone (7960) go out and download files from TFTP, but eventually the phone would show TFTP time out.
OS79XX.TXT (has one line inside P003-08-11-00)
P0S3-08-11-00.loads
P0S3-08-11-00.sb2
P003-08-11-00.bin
P003-08-11-00.sbn
Do I need any other files?

Can u try this?
Using wordpad, create a file called SIPDefault.cnf with following contents.
Make sure you have correct .loads file on TFTP (here I am pointing it to
P0S3-08-11-00.loads. Put this file on your TFTP server.
# SIP Default Generic Configuration File
# Image Version
image_version: P0S3-08-11-00
Note: Make sure there is no CRLF or blank space after the filename
and there is exactly 1 space between the : and P (as shown above)
If it still fails, please upload tftp logs along with this file.

Most likely, you need to update to an intermediate version before.

With CME or CM, you should use SCCP, not SIP.

I need to convert them to SIP so they can be used with asterisk. Phones came from a CME environment, which I no longer have access to.

Which SCCP version do they have now ?
Try the corresponding SIP version.
