Your 7821 IP phone must already be working with SIP.
There's no Skinny for 78xx nor 88xx nor newer IP phone models.

The phone is displaying "Phone Not Registered message" ... How can i get the phone configured through tftp ?

Hi,
You need your VoIP hosted server to have the tftp file and you need DHCP options to point the phone to the hosted VoIP server.

Hello Ahmd,
As Mohammed said you need to configure option 150 on the DHCP so you can point out the TFTP server to the IP Phones and they should be able to reach it so they can download the .xml config files for the phones.
Also check which VoIP system and version are they using on the voip hosted services to see if it supports the 7821 or if they need to upload the firmware or a devicepack and then restart the TFTP Service on the system.
