HI All,
Can a voicemal message be removed from unity express and be converted to MP3 or a WAV file and if so how?
Thanks in advance for all your help.

Yes, using IMAP, or message notification to email.

Thanks for yor reply Paolo Bevilacqua.
Allow me clarify. An offensive message was left on a user voicemail. A request was made that the message be saved as mp3/wav file to be used as evidence.
I'm using Unity Express on the VG for voicemail, but integrated with centrally managed CUCM.
I've looked at your suggestion and correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks as if it would be implemented for all users and only new voice messages would be affected.
As this is new to me, perhaps you can provide a simple instruction.
Many thanks

No, both options are configurable per-user, and both are completly described in the product documentation.

Thanks Rob. Just been on it.
I set it up but the already saved message was not emailed. It's definitely on the right track.
Many thanks

That is notification. You can also forward the message to a mailbox with notification, and it will be emailed.
While IMAP works for all messages.
