Dear All,
Corporate Directory does not show directory number when search with first name or last name for few users. I have a DN 89009 and associate to a user but when I search with the number it says “No Records Match”.
Please guide. Thanks in advance.

Hi Syed,
- Please confirm if this occurs when searching with First Name/Last Name as well as when searching with the DN?
- Is it happening when searching on some specific phone models?
- Have you tried restarting the DirSync service?

Yes, I can search with first name and last name and I can see the user but the associated DN is not displayed.
Problem is with multiple phone models.
I have restarted DirSync Service but no luck.

Have you compared the configuration of a working user Vs. a non-working user and are they all the same??

Hello Jaime,
Configuration is almost identical other than firmware version. And to what I noticed is the CUCM is integrated with LDAP. Please find the attachment for configuration.

What you're seeing, is correct as per what you have in your configuration, if the user is LDAP user, then you need to have your LDAP admin fix this and change 83152 to 89009 and then perform a sync.
