Corporate Directory Name Display order

HI,

I have installed CUCM 9.1. In IP Phone corporate directory when user is search output it output shows "Last name First Name".

Can it be changed to "First name Last Name"?

No, the directory XML pages are not changeable on appliance based CUCM.  It used to be possible back in the Windows days, but not anymore.

There is no way to modify the default corporate directory application on the CUCM appliance. If you want to change this, you will need to develop a directory application on a separate web server.
