Corporate Directory SURL on Phone Button Not Working After Upgrade

Hello All,

I did an upgrade on the CUCM from version 7.1.3 to 7.1.5 but discovered that Corporate Directory provision on one of the Phone button is no longer working. Because we use extension mobility the Corporate Directory was subcribed to User Profiles.

I carried out two (2) tests towards resolving the issue but all to no avail. The tests are as follow:

1. I removed the subscription and re-added it to the User profiles, yet I still cannot access the Corporate Directory when the button is pressed.

2. I removed the subsciption to the SURL from User profiles and added it to the phone, also the Corporate Directory cannot be accessed when the button is pressed.

Note: All the phones are 7941 and 7942 and the URL of the Corporate Directory (in IP Phone Services Configuration) is Application:Cisco/CorporateDirectory while the URL in Enterprise Parameters  for URL Directories is:

http://Publisher IP Address:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp. No error displays when the button is pressed, but flashed green.

Prior to the upgrade, everything was working well. Has anyone experience this before and how was it resolved?

When I put the URL in internet explorer, the result is as shown in the attachment.

Yes, I changed the URL to http://publisher_ip_address:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectoryinput.jsp in the IP Phone Services Configuration but still didn't work.

I forgot to mention that before and after the upgrade I can access the Corporate Directory through the DIRECTORIES button on the phone.

try to restart tomcat service
