CP 7821 3PCC dial "+XXXXXX...." issue

I have registered a CP 7821 3PCC on a Asterisk PBX. Everything seems to work fine. I can dial (internal, locally, mobile, etc) , i am receiving calls. The issue is when i have phone call and its displayed "+XXXXXXXXXX" and i want to call it back , it gives me invalid number. When i am calling +XXXXXXXXXX for international call or local number it gives me invalid number. When i am calling internal number or local number without the prefix +XX it is working fine. I did not change the dial plan.
