Hi,
Please check the following ( How to get your 8821/792x wireless phones performing reliably )
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/collaboration-endpoints/unified-wireless-ip-phone-7925g/200032-How-to-get-your-792x-wireless-phones-per.html
If the issue persists then you need to engage TAC with packet captures from Access Points / WLC for specific issues.

The phone become disconnected from call manager
When this happens, was the phone outside WiFi coverage (aka out of range or "OOR") or roaming from one AP to another?
* The phone cuts the conversation in a middle of a conversation
During the phone conversation, was the phone roaming from one AP to another?
How long was the cut to the conversation last? 45 seconds?
