CP8831 has been configured with CME 12.0. The phone registers well but does not show the option for ConfList. A template has been configured and applied on the pool. But this seems to have no affect on the phone while in conference (connected state).
Attached is the configuration from the CUCME.
8831 firmware is latest as of today - sip8831.10-3-1SR7-2
CUCME version - c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.157-3.M7.bin
Please assist.

After configuration changes, Have you did Create profile under voice register global and restart the phone ?

I have the same problem with all phones in the company. We have 8811, 8841, 8851, 8861, 8845, 8865. Despite applying the template and assigning the template to the pool, the phones do not display the ConfList option. Can you ask for help? What to do about it?
