CP-9951 how much can users customize their phone themselve?

Can they load custom wallpapers and ringtones themselves? Or is this something that has to still be done with TFTP? Just was wondering if these phones were more user friendly to the end users to set up the way they wanted too.

You can enable personalization feature on the phone and install the phone designer widget to allow users to change background images/ringtones themselves.  The sad part here is that this widget only works with some CUCM version and is no longer supported with latest CUCM versions.
