Hello, anyone knows if CSD/CAD 8.5 is compatibile with UCCX 10.6?
we have an UCCX 8.5 today, will deploy a 10.6, but I dont know if I will have to desinstall the CSD/CAD 8.5 and install the version 10.5 in agent´s PCs or CSD/CAD 8.5 is supported for UCCX 10.6.

Hi Luis,
Once you will upgrade your Uccx, CAD also will be upgraded on Agents pc.
What you have to pay attention is to CAD/Operating System compatibility.
Here is the matrix

Please note CAD will only upgrade automatically if you will run Client Configuration Tool. Hence, post upgrading please run the CCT and after that whenever agents will launch CAD/CSD for the first time they will get a prompt to upgrade their desktop clients and it will be upgraded then
Yes CAD 10.6 is not compatible with UCCX 8.5 since both of these had different versions for 8.5 and 10.6 UCCX.

Simply download the Client Configuration Tool from Cisco Unified CCX Administration >> Tools >> Plugins >> Cisco Unified CCX Desktop Suites. Run the tool as Administrator from any PC in the network (same as of UCCX server), put in the UCCX IP Address when it prompts and then the tool will automatically install, no need for manual intervention then.
In case, if you have HA server do it for the secondary server as well. Refer to Running the Unified CCX Desktop Client Configuration Tool section of below document:

last one, I gess the CAD 10.6 version is not compatible with UCCX 8.6????
