Hello All,
One of our CSQ(s) is Missing from the Cisco Supervisor Desktop Monitoring Application...
I'm pretty new to using/configuring Cisco Supervisor Desktop, could someone help point me in the right direction
of where I can start looking for the cause of this issue...?
What option when configuring a CSQ enables it to be seen in Supervisor Desktop?
Does it have something to do with "Skills"?
Thanks in Advance,
Matt

Hi Matthew,
The Supervisor Desktop Window
The Supervisor Desktop window is divided into five areas:
■The Skill Groups tree, which lists all of the CSQs associated with the team you choose from the team selection list
■The agents tree, which lists all of the agents and supervisors on the team
■Tabular/graphical real time displays of CSQ information
■Tabular/graphical real time displays of agent and team information
■Integrated browser (if enabled)
Please refer the below link for more information,
Hope this helps.

Hey anchoudh, thanks for the reply!!
A few minutes before you responded I was able to FINALLY work my way through this and get that
CSQ to show in Supervisor Desktop.
This is what I did to get it working:
1. Logged into the UCCX (PUB) Server's Web Page for "Cisco Unified CCX Administration"
2. Highlight "Subsystems" > then Highlight "Rmcm" > then click "Teams"
3. Click the Team that needs the CSQ.
4. Now in the "Team Configuration" Page, locate the "Available CSQs" Box and Highlight the CSQ you
want and then click the left facing arrow to move that CSQ to the Box for the "Assigned CSQs"
5. Then Click "Save"
*After you complete these steps, go back to "Supervisor Desktop", click the Drop-Down Box for "Teams"
then RE-CLICK the team name you added the CSQ to...
FYI:
The link you posted just takes me to an empty page that is completely black...?
Thanks Again,
Matt
