Hi,
I hope somone could help me urgently!!
I have installed CUPC on PCs, i have configured Cisco Unified Presence Server.
But when i connect with CUPC i can't connect to Presence Server (Failed to connect), i don't know why!!
i'm connected with the Logon Server, Phone configuration(downloaded),Sofphone(connected)
but can't connect to Presence.
here is with my my message an attached jpg picture that describes better what i wan to say.
Plz i need help.

Hi, i write this for those who read my first message and are interrested in the solution of the problem. In fact i solved the problem.
In fact it was a problem authentication!!
In Cisco Unified Presence Server Administration Page : Go to Systm >> Service Parameters
Choose CUPS and then Cisco UP SIP PROXY.
In the parameter Authentication Parameter(ClusterWide), change the Authentication Module Status to Off.
and the problem is solved.

Hi,
I was facing this problem, it's solved when i made this parameters under UP SIP Proxy
Proxy domain (my domain controller ex:bmb.com)
Virtual ip add (ip add of UP)
server name (ip add of UP).
I wish this can solve your issue.
