We just migrated our old ARC server to Cisco Attendant console advance version 11. Now we are facing issue related to MOH. In ARC, we were having function to ring incoming call to operator for at least 2 min or so then if operator was not able to pick the call then it goes to Music on hold like -" Please hold, next operator will be with you ...blah..blah" but with CUAC it is not happening in the same way.
It seems that we have only two option with CUAC .
1. Just contentiously play ring to outside operator until operator pick the call.
2. Use Call held MOH setting but it continuously play MOH file without ringing to user .
What we are looking for---When new calls comes in from outside, PSTN user hear ring for at least 2 min and after 2 min he hear the MOH music for next 1 min and then again PSTN user hear the ringing again and it keeps working in the same loop
