CUBAC 8.6.1 problem bind treansfer and Directory

Hi,

I m using CUBAC 8.6 with CUCM 8.0 , and i have the Two folowing problem:

1- On the Directories , i cant find all users on CUCM I update the Directoy synchronsiation but no new user?

2- Transfer : The Bind transfer not working

Please, could somoene help

Another quetion about the TCP UDP port to open between ( then client and the server are separted by ASA) :

CUBAC CLient and CUBAC Server ?
