Hi

Does anyone know how to remove the + from the incoming From header, or a way for using translation patterns to enable call back from the call history

Hi,

There are many ways of doing it. Can you please clarify your topology? Is your CUBE connected to CUCM?

The best option will be stripping '+' sign on CUCM and prefix '0' as access code instead using translation pattern. This will allow users to dial from history.

Are you looking to strip the(+) sign for specific number or you want all number coming with (+) sign in from Header to be stripped with Plus sign.

This is to remove Plus sign from from header for all calls coming in having (+)sign in FROM  header.
